It was of course taken flying over USA, and I have a conjecture of what it is, but I am not sure ....can you help me identifying the place?

If you look at the close-up, it looks military. There's a road around it and the structures are in a very straight line.

I know more or less were it was but I am not sure of what it is.
I actually have an idea of what it could be, and I thought that american would individuate it very easily, but it seems that you are having difficulties, so maybe it was not so obvious or simply it is not was I was thinking of.

However it should be located in the sout of USA, close to the gulf of Mexico...

It is an electrical generating plant. You can see the pile of coal in the lower right. There is a road or more likely a railroad track around it for delivery of coal. You can also make out the conveyors that feed coal from the pile to the plant. It is close to the water, because that is what they use as a source to create the steam to turn the turbines. The "silos" are the smokestacks.

Yeah, and there's a road around my house and the structures (house and garage) are in a straight line; doesn't mean I'm living on a military site!
