Yep Tiw, step up and collect your prize. It's Linspire, no Microslush products
here thank you. I figure ole Bill Gates will get by somehow without my support
:>
Where is Tx? You're "not from America" is showing. Tx as in Texas
:>P
3rddegree, nice to meet you as well.
Taxidermy? Must be another person 116200. The only things I like to stuff are
boosted motors under hoods, my face and Mamas coochie :>
I haven't been following those posts FD, sorry. Rather than further cluttering
this place all to hell with yappin about our motored toys you can email me at mrkim7
;5040@yahoo.com as can anyone else wanting to converese about their rides ; >
i get invites to all the auto drives at the race track, ford chevy dodge
mercedes, when i get the next one i'll post the info so you can call in and
register. they are really cool cause you can drive all the cars available as
many times as you want,
last year i drove a auto z-06 vette and a manual, of course i scared the shit
outa the ride along guy...lol. i hit the first corner at 80 and made the fastest
2 laps of anyine that day.( courses are in the parking lot,SHIT, thought on the
first invite we'd be on the track. i guess they know better than
that....hehehehe
i bring the cuda to dallas about once a yr. just to smoke a few of these honda
asswipe kids runnin' around....lotsa fun.i ran into a really mean one last yr.
and he beat me, little bastard, started my new interest in import tech. along
with my buddys fanatacism.
Dude that sounds like the ShiZniTz ! I'd be happy to get an invite for such a
wingding !
Yep the days of always spankin a 4 banger with even a big block hemi are in the
dumper these days.
Turbos have made the playing field a very different one indeed since the advent
of solid knock controlled boost, refined fuel injection systems (I DON'T miss
carbs at all !), hi tech turbos, really high current ignition systems and
seriously improved intake/intercooler technology.
If ya wanna come see some of what is really hot in import technology all you
hafta do is email me & head out to the casa, I have 2 engines I'm workin
on currently and another one just about to come back from the machine shop.
My place is like a gear heads dream. I did have to take down my collection of
turbos off the top of the fridge though, Mamas orders :>
With over 1/2 the $$ in the world and in control of ALL the pussy, women do have
the upper hand .... unless gettin laid just dudn matter to ya :>P
Muahahahahaha !
Ok, now you're gonna hafta email me dude ! I have a major soft spot in my hot
rodding heart for that vintage MOPARs & the Hemi 'Cudas were absolutely my
fave of 'em all !!!!! I have a local buddy with a ragtop 'Cuda, saweeeeeet !
Nice work 16130. Perhaps next week when they start teaching how to formulate
complete question processes you can try again. I know I'm waiting with bated
breath till then, so ...
BTW, and your face pic here is where ?
Online as in the real world, I NEVER hide behind some anonymous moniker. Then
again that takes balls, and .... maybe even you can figure out the rest from
there :>
i'm not sure if you've read my comments on previous rods i've owned and
trashed, but my next project is a '06 mustang.
it's not going to be a beast, but should get 4-450hp. kinda shooting more for a
handling monster. anyone can go straight (w/i reason, you know) i wanna hit
corners hard and smoke this dickwad friend of mine in his '80 something rx-7.
it's really nice and handles like a dream. of course if i had 150,000 to pump in
a car it would too 'eh.
Don't get too wound up FD. That's hardly my main addy, which I would NOT give
out on a site like this, no way, no how. I've read enough of what goes on here
to know there's a few wack jobs out there I know I don't want spammin me with BS
over the views I have already expressed, or will express in the future. Yahoo
sucks big droopy donkey balls for email but does fine as a filtering system ;
>
You never email a stranger???
Dude, do you ever open the door when someone knocks on it, or roll down the
window in the car when someone approaches and seems to want to talk ? Those are
much more dangerous scenarios than sending/receiving an email.
If you choose not to send me one, that's cool, if you do, that's cool too.
Just don't let fear of the unknown decide that issue for ya, OK ??
Fear can be a consumer of life .... if you let it be such. This is, as most
things in life are, a choice, so just be sure you make the RIGHT one :>
face to face i can control (a lifetime of martial arts). like you say the car
list would be a loooong list, and i'm an inherently lazy typer, also
slow....i'll just give you my fav... '70 hemi cuda ragtop, 1 yr. stock, and 1 as
a beast, now my cousin has restored her to original...:~)
As I mentioned FD I always choose the light of day over the darkness and
associated cowardice of anonymity. My name has and always will be part of my
online presence since my very 1st addy many years ago.
The only reason I hang the "Mr" out front is to keep all the idiots
from playing the assuming game and making an ass out of themselves by assuming
I'm female. With a name like mine you are forced to learn a few things about
names. One thing I know with certainty is that Kim is not only actually a mans
name, but that one of its meanings is "the king", an association few
would tend to lend to a female.
I've been online long enough to have experienced many cases of "internet
balls" in others. Folks who are quick to judge and cast disparaging
remarks anonymously at others.
What amazes me most is how in every case those same individuals want to be your
best buddy if you ever meet them in the real world. This only points up their
own weakness and lacking in commitment to their own thoughts, sad indeed.
BTW, my own project car is a 92 AWD Eagle Talon with a list of mods so long it
would fill a whole page here, but still unfinished :> As a custom engine builder there's a ton of
tiny tricks, twists and turns from the accepted norm of hot rodding that the
damned thing seems to have been given a life of its own.
One last thought before the Rice Burner comments that will likely follow start
up : 90-99 Eagle Talons, Plymouth Lasers and Mitsubishi Eclipses ARE American
Iron. They were all built on the same assy line right here in the USA. Anyone
with any doubts about it can ask one of their "union buddies" about
it. According to these cats it's acceptable to own one, which means it is
indeed American in its manufacture. Dudn make 2 shits to me, I build 'em 'cause
I appreciate their meticulous attention to mechanical detail in their
engineering, appreciated that after layin wrenches on the 1st one I ever worked
on :>
I owned 2 great old MOPARs FD. Had a 69 Satellite w/383 & a 69 Dart w/an
HO 340 - 4 barrel.
The Dart was my fave. Bought it in like 78 w/102k on the odoclock & top
ended a new Vette from about a 70mph roll out on I-20 the day I bought it! That
was an awesome car straight from the factory!! I just kept it bone stock, didn
know anything about moddin in those days.
Damned speedo didn work worth a shit so I'll never know what it actually did on
the top end but I know I walked away from a buddy of mines big block Trans Am on
the highway. He said he gave up at 135mph & the ole Dart was still pullin
strong as I faded into the distance headed towards Cedar Hill on Hwy 67
!:>
All the nostalgia's great but the AWD turbo 4 bangers I play with these days
will run 170+mph and hit it in just about a mile or less ; >
* SHIT * this dropped off the most commented list and you had to say something
to bring it back, then i had to see who said what, and.....there goes another
week!.....:~}
Isn't it amazing how people in real life aren't all beautiful like on TV or in
movies?
Fossil is right, some of us have resisted the urge to post our pics because
"you can't handle the truth" and we don't want to scare any kids that
view the site.
