The Docklands area to the west of Melbourne's central business district is seeing massive growth right now. There are literally dozens of new office buildings popping up. The ANZ building in the foreground is one of Australia's largest office buildings. What it lacks in height (10 storeys) it makes up for in footprint. It has more office space than the 63 storey Rialto towers you can see in the background.
