Sheila Cronk of Sheepdip, Oklahoma has been practicing the ancient Chinese form
of meditative yoga called Ah Chu since she was a toddler and today is able to
balance herself in this manner for up to ten minutes. Sheila says,"It's not
really that difficult once you master the technique and I hope one day to be
able to balance myself in this way indefinitely."
