Ah,
Paris in the Spring of 1940. The first year of World War II. Der Fuhrer Adolf Hitler and a couple of his military officers taking in the sights while Adolf is filmed for the glory of the Fatherland.
Oh, but for a time-machine and a fully provisioned AH-64 Apache...
BUT THEN, (if Adolf Hitler had been dead by whatever means) the Germans wouldn't have been hampered by the military lunacy of Der Fuhrer and weighed down by his exceptionally bad decisions. They -might- have been able to win the whole damned world war if he had died early - say in '40 or '41.
Such are the turn of events. Leave a crazy at the healm of state and even the most powerfully militaristic state then in existence will fail.
If only the British and French had acted when he invaded the Rhineland prior to the war. Spilt milk, of course.
