no, he didn't think "will freedom really change in the states". he thought " i know what i am doing here. it's called my duty. freedom will remain the same in the states because i laid down my life for it. there are things bigger than me." he may have also thought "too bad the fuckturd pussies in this world get the benefit of my sacrifice. they don't deserve it."
