A very cool picture, I think something like this could exist one day under a huge biosphere maybe on one of the moons of Jupiter or Saturn, but as for Earth, I don't think it could happen, cities are always a mish-mash of the old and new, unless a new city were to be built or one destroyed and rebuilt, I doubt we'd see anything like this in our lifetime (although it would probably be possible to make something like this, without the flying things), anyway, a beautiful picture, I'd like to spend some time there, but for now only in my head.
