How forgetful of me, the title should have read Its flu season again in the United States. Our sorely-lacking-in-several-areas medical system offers (for a fee) influenza vaccines during this time, and generally larger than usual hypodermics are used in the less well-equiped sectors. Also, there is to an extent, a cultural phobia of needles here.
