So because Australia has abolished the death penalty that means that ALL other countries on the face of the earth HAVE to do likewise? Explain to me how Australia gets to make the rules for everyone? Okay, let's turn this around...in some countries, rape is not a crime...so if someone from that country goes to Australia and starts raping women, it is okay? Why not? In their country is it okay. Would Australians put them in prison? How dare them.
