Everydoby in Nagaoka city believe "It'll be no more snowfall and Spring comes in here".
But... In 29 & 30 March was strong snowstorm. And yesterday, no storm but snowfall about 20cm in Nagaoka.
...Was that a joke of Aprilfool, my god?
