Encourage Shoppers to spend with lower interest rates and floating the US dollar and encourage businesses with incentives to invest and build infrastructure with new equipment to invest , also ! Therefore , and wherewithal , in having US Govt. to shore up Gasoline prices in subsidizing it in holding it up to Gas Industries like Finland , Sweden or Norway style ! How about 1993 Gas Prices made by Congress , House , and Pres. Bush ! Get Along , America !
