I can't read the small print, but I assume this is some type of service for the suburban hosuewife -- someone to help her with yet another chore. She has someone to help clean, watch the kids, tend the yard, tutor her kids, etc. It make sense.
You may optionally give an explanation for why this post was reported, which will be sent to the moderators along with the report. This can help the moderator to understand why you reported the post.
