hmmm, I wouldn't be so sure that that "little" flaw wasn't what the initial intention was

and the way this whole murder case was conducted was ridiculously racist--in the actions of the investigating officers and the media circus that surrounded this case-- whether or not he was guilty. This whole thing was taken up by the media and presented to whites and Blacks in this country in a way to reinforce the division between these two sections. And then they kind of rubbed your nose in it when instead of going to death row, which ironically many nonprominent Blacks do go to, and blatantly obviously innocent of the crimes they are being accused (Troy Davis for just one of the many examples of this particularity). But still the message in the final analysis is: the Black man pays.

this reinforces the outlook in white people that they are more important, but in a subtle way. Many whites do not even think that they are racist, but unconsciously they do have a very racist outlook. Both the media and the "detectives" fixed this whole thing up to make it look obvious to, white people, that he committed the horrendous slayings. And if you're a thinking man, regardless of your race you have to say:"Why the fuck would he leave such a mess?". But at the same time, blatantly displaying this "rigging" to Blacks to reinforce their resentment (albeit is a rather just resentment considering the whole historical experience of the U.S. from its founding up until this very day!) for whites.
