Yeah, because the first thing 'add photo' does is checks if everything is in place from previous uploads and tries to reprocess; then tries to generate a thumb that already exists and fails without updating the DB.
100% DK's fault. Maybe I need a cron job to just go through and add in the missing thumb details if it finds any after like 5 mins. It's rare that it happens (a lot more often on the porn side) but it does happen.
