Just not taking basic steps to avoid it?
If you're using a chainsaw would you wear hearing protection? Eye protection? Make sure you're not going to cut your arm off because you'll hit a tree instead of a shoulder?
I'm with Gak, where's the line? What's an acceptable risk and what's "oh well time is up"?
