Update, China is expected to be ready for war in 2027.
In the 1800's the yanks sailed a fleet into Tokyo Harbour, pointed their guns at everyone and ordered them to open up to trade. It took fifty years for them to be ready for revenge at the insult, thus Pearl Harbour. Even then they were not quite ready, the politicians pushed it early for their own wants. We know how that worked out, and so must the Chinese. Yanks. If we want peace in the world america should just sink beneath the waves.
