The numbers are the ASCII numbers for the letters Now Hiring.

I like how the designer even put in the null terminator. Classic.

not really classic, have a look around for googles version they came up with the idea. it was just a blank billboard with number on it, only like 3 people ever managed to work it out, and now they make alot of money working for the internet... i mean google... same difference
