Kelpie, did you pay for this to be installed?
Clearly the plumber didn't know to put a rag or piece of cardboard between the
wall and the shifter when he is doing up the nuts.
I would be asking him to come back and fix the 'marks' on the wall, maybe
levelling it a smidge would also be helpful. You may not be getting correct
water flow with it on that angle.

It's just asome grease from something else before he came.

Uh... it looks straight to me. If you look at the molding on the wall it's
butted right up against it top and bottom. The camera is at an angle. Some
people just have to criticize I guess.
