Some advice on presenting an argument:

First, you did well by stating some facts (such as those regarding the War of 1812). I will check on your facts because I am interested.

However, you lost any credibility you may have had because you let your emotions get in the way of reasoned analysis. For example, if Canadians seized the White House, I don't see the significance of saying the president pissed his pants except it made you feel better (not a critera of a good argument). Also, is that a fact? Did the president really piss his pants?

Also, for whatever reasons America did not officially enter WWII until 1941, do you really think it was a cake-walk after American entered the war? Do you really think the "HARSH" part was over and (by imnplication) American soldiers did not fight in bloody, violent battles? Do you really, honestly think that the fighting on Tarawa, Iwo Jima, and Guadacanal, and the fighting during the Battle of the Bulge, and the push through Europe into Germany was not HARSH? I doubt that is really what you believe. So why do you say it? And, do you really think that America was populated by chickenshits in the years around WWII? Again, if you were to follow your own advice and "learn some history" you would know from well chronicled battles that is far from the truth. In fact, I think you probably know much about the history of America but you say such things anyway. Why? Well, because you let your emotions ovecome your ability to argue rationally and you just blurt out whatever maks you feel better. Don't do that. Only hysterical women and James Carvill are permitted to do that.

Finally, if you want to hate Yankees, then go right ahead. Frankly, nobody down here in the U.S.A. gives a damn what you think of Yanks. I promise you, not one Yank is losing sleep over the fact you don't like us. But for crying out loud, if you are going to post something, then present rational arguments so us Yanks can have something of substance to consider and discuss.
