I live in Canada so that makes me your neighbour and you folks in the states have loads of murderers, rapists and just plain crazies. WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT?
You also said "Bush will be known as one of the best presidents in history."
That is an opinion based on the opinions of the people of your country but if you ask the rest of the world you will get a much different answer.
