It's not completely clear to me whether the "drunks with guns!" is referring to the men in the photo, or to the armed drunken looters at whom they would be shooting. Either way, looters steal from homes, businesses, or wherever, and the noise about black vs. white "looting" vs. "finding" is simple race-baiting.
