Sigh. Ok here's a bit of facts for you all.
MANY of you who disagree with each other are BOTH right... only this is the thing: some of you are quoting STATE prison/arrest/conviction/crime data, and others are quoting FEDERAL prison/arrest/conviction/crime data. How do I know this? Because I've done the hours upon hours of research to know how these "debates" end up. Each side quotes statistics, and none of them seem to align with each other, until you recognize the fact that I just mentioned. Be aware morons, none of you have the full picture, and that's how those in power like it.
