why did they "pull" one of the buildings down that afternoon if it wasn't organized. How do you physically prepare a building for demolition in the space of a few hours (especially in the midst of the tragedy). And mind you the particular building in question was renovated 1 year earlier to withstand bomb blasts, had its own power plant and heaps more.
