Why doesn't look so bad?
Becaus there are water pipes for melt snow on main roads of Chu-etsu and Jo-etsu area's towns. And snowplows runs again and again in a day.
Yesterday and Today, it been more and more bad condition. So Niigata prefeuture requested to Japan Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF). Mobilize and rescue people of Tsunan town and Tokamachi city.
