At first, thank you for your "GREAT SET OF PICS." comment. I'm very glad.
Doesn't look so bad... In my comment at Jan. 8, 2006 4:31 am "Becaus there are water pipes for melt snow on main roads of Chu-etsu and Jo-etsu area's towns."
Snowplows are works from 3:00 am to 9:00 pm, again and again. It's I heard things at Tokamachi city about 8 years ago.
Unbelievable things. Me too that time. But it is Just facts. I saw yesterday.
Cause of too much snow falls, Niigata pref. and Nagano pref. requested to The JGSDF.
Once again Toucansam, It's facts. Please understand.
