John your opinion is a joke to me because you accept things the way you see them.There is no change to be made,Sadam can kill as often as he likes,kids at 13 should decide the rest of there lives then.Alot of teenagers want to quit school how about just tell them the bennifits and let them choose.How about there friends,"Johnny want to hang out with little timmy crackhead"well I suppose you would tell him that timmy just has a problem but it will not effect Johnny.Sure untill his hookup robs him and shoots Johnny in the process.Teenagers are not accountable and never should be considered untill proven.That one of the reasons 13 yearolds dont drive or vote.
