This is a display held in a small town called nundle.

The shearers would shear the sheep then show how they spread the wool out on the bench to judge it's grade. For those that have never seen it before this is the wool of one sheep in the picture.

After this is put away they get another sheep out and let the people there have a go at shearing themselves. They also gave free haircuts.
