So the impoverished nations shouldbe punished twice for not having the resources to contain militant groups ?

Is this what you advocated in Africa where nations have so few resources they can't even feed their people let alone fight militants.

You all are some spoiled motherfuckers to think that every nation has the ability to drive out militants. Only about 1/3 of the countries in the world have the ability to drive out militants. 1/3.

So get off your high horse and start thinking as if you lived in a very poor country.

It's real easy to live so far away from the problem and run your mouth. It makes you look arrogant and ungrateful for what you do have when you try and tell other people how they should do things when you have all of the resources imaginable.
