most weather in the central hemisphere of the U.S. originates in Texas and moves easterly. so here's a hypothesis: all the lakes in Texas (all but 1 are man made) seem to create most rain that brings weather of all kinds as far as the east coast thus creating unusual climate changes. so here's the idea....all you mother fuckin' non Texans QUIT FUCKIN' MOVIN' HERE!! and we won't need to make more lakes to get you drinking water and such thus slowin' climate change down from Texas east.
