The guy does some crazy shit to guitars. I've done a little experimentation with modifying acoustics and electrics but this guy goes the extra few miles in his attempts. I think it's cool. I liked to get a hold of some crappy guitar and work on it and make into something much better than it started out as. I learned enough basic luthier things to at least get one working like a decent guitar. Lost count of how many I've fixed up and they almost all turned out really good. Only a couple were total lost causes. I did the same things with other musical instruments. Was a great hobby and I'd love to be able to get back into that again. I've even built a few custom musical instruments for myself (not just guitars). I love it.
