Jgoins IDIOT ... How do prosecutors charge normal defendants? Overcharge to get a plea ... the cop that failed to secure the guy and the guy who drove the wagon are going to jail for manslaughter. The others will plead out to lesser crimes.
and the "rap" sheet of a prisoner in custody had nothing to do with the illegal actions taken by police officers in detaining, arresting, and transporting someone.
