Where's the National Nannie? I never bothered to get myself educated, so I can't afford insurance or a car to get out of town but I know its not my fault because Jessee Jackson says "I's a victim". But who cares anyway? All the people who work hard and play by the rules are going to send their tax dollars to me so I can sit on my butt and wait for something else to bitch about!

In a lot of cases 229248 is right. Anywhere else in the world refugee's would be happy as hell anyone is helping. All the N.O. refugee's can say is 'where the hell you been?' - 'is that all you brought?!' The ones who lived should be grateful they are alive - after all, they lived at the bottom of a sinkhole next to (and below)the ocean with very little thought going in to how to keep the water out.
