Try the heart of the Amazon basin... the natives regularly kill mining prospectors and Christians with wooden clubs. It's one place in the world where the indigenous populations are coming back from being 'missionized' into near-extinction, and are beginning to flourish again. Samoa? I don't know about. Sure is pretty though. I somehow suspect that they don't have much oil though.
