i think you're missing her political purpose. it's not to help the Repugnants,
but to help the tea party create a whole new group of people that will gain
enough power to demand that both parties come to them to gain their votes.

I think the problem people have with her is that she is hot and has brains.
Both parties are going to have to do some changing. Hopefully in November
everyone up for re-election loses regardless of their party affiliation. If
Sarah runs for president in 2012 she will have my vote regardless of the party
she runs for. Common sense is what is lacking in DC and that is something you
either have or don't have and you can't acquire it.
Mach I think you're missin it on this one dude. Sarah Palin is just a
Republican ex-governer who managed to shake up the good ole boys network in her
home state, implemented some reasonable changes that were beneficial to her
state which drew attention to her that then encouraged McCain to ask her to be
his running mate in an attempt to draw the womens vote.
I don't see her as a great orator, but fairly plain spoken regardless. She's
certainly no brain trust though after watching her address to the Tea Party
convention I can say she at least called the puppetmaster on his shit.
I think she'd like to run for President in 2012 though I doubt she'll find
support to do so and no, I don't see her trying to "take over" the Tea
Party movement. I think the bulk of the Christian base of conservatives see
Israel as having been abandoned since O man stepped in and as a Christian
herself she will side with issues relevant to supporting them.
And, I wouldn't kick her outta bed for eatin crackers

Hate to say, she's SO interested it hurts her to think about it. Palin would
kill to be Pres, she got an unexpected taste of big politics and she wants it
bad. From this morning's news:

As a 20+-year Alaska resident, anyone who wants her can have her. Todd wasn't
running the state into the ground, Sarah was. The best thing she did for the
state was to keep Tony Knowles, an even bigger douchebag, from winning. I was
at fish camp when we heard the announcement that McLame had picked her as his
running mate. We just turned off the radio and started drinking. No one even
said anything for about an hour. She was a pretty decent mayor, apparently.
Sick of all these politicians and their secret societies. They campaign one way
and vote another. The proof is out there and can be looked up easily.
Corporations are in control, it's the money trail and those that benefit. I
supported Bush and even gave Obama a chance for "Change" but they are
all puppets to make you think you have a choice. The Vatican controls it all.
I hate the Vatican as much as you do but there are others who say Israel
controls it all and they are wrong as well. The control is a mish match of
everything from political parties to corporations to special interest groups,
who or whatever has the money uses it to control the government.
