Soccer = exciting? Man, that is possibly the dumbest thing I have ever read.
The only exciting thing about soccer is when you stupid drunk fucks start
fighting and burn down the stadium. That is what happens when you watch a bunch
of homos chasing a ball for three hours with only one or two goals, you have to
get drunk just to be able to stand it.

Give me a 1-0 footie match anyday over a horrendous game of baseball,
basketball, american football that is full breaks for adverts. Pleeease -
baseball is rounders for men , basketball is for girls (netball) and American
football is rugby for men who dont like to get hurt!!! Dont even start me on ice
hockey!!

Hey AgeT,
The hlemet & pads in American football actually make it more tough. These
guys can run into eachother at full speed. And yeah, actually they get hurt all
the time. There is a lot of $$$$ to be made playing American Football, if the
rugby guys are so much tougher, why don't they come over and dominate their
Yankee bretheren? I dont think that our football players are exactly shaking at
the prospect. Seems that most people who did not grow up around the game and
scoff at American football usually fail to realize just how fast and strong
these athletes are.
Dont get me wrong, I think that rugby is an underrated sport, it could possibly
be big in the U.S. with the right promotion. There is very marketing of any kind
for rugby in the U.S. market. That being said, there is nothing wimpy about
American Football.
Baseball players.... yeah they are pampered and over-paid.

Rugby takes more skill than American football. You can only throw backwards so
your momentum is against you. Football rules, yeah sure watching it on TV is
occasionally boring but seeing games live cannot be beaten.
